Organizing Information*
Talking Heads: An effective way to keep information organized in your paper is to use headings; however keep in mind that some headings provide more information than others--they say more, so they are talking heads. Notice how the talking heads below would give the reader more information about what should be contained in a section. They would also help to ensure that you keep the content in a section relevant to that heading; thus, your paper would be better organized and more accessible to the reader.
